Present Value and ITTOs

Formula for the present value is PV=FV/(1+r)^n. In order to calculate n (6 or 7 years) you need scientific calculator but in the test centers they have simple calculators. On screen they also have simple calculator. How to calculate the n using simple calculator?
Can anyone send me the link to ITTOs for the PMBOK 5th edition? I need ITTOs in Excel format without moving the cursor to each knowledge areas.

The exam doesn’t shoot you
The exam doesn’t shoot you questions on more than 5 years for sure ...anyway just think u are asked for 7 years ....your doubt is how to calculate (1+r)^n part with a simple cal...
(1+0.1)^7
(1.1)*7----> then multiply ur answer *7, then *7 .....upto 7 times...
this won't take more than 5Sec and indeed not a wasting of time ,
......just try to see the positive side of life :-)

Correction
I have made a little mistake and just ignore my previous reply..

(1+0.1)^7
(1.1)*1.1----> then press “equal sing” ( = ) .....upto 6 times...
If u need to calculate ^7 …> press = sing (7-1)..if so if u need to calculate ^10 , then press = sing 9 times…
this won't take more than 5Sec and indeed not a wasting of time ,
......just try to see the positive side of life :-)
