How Many Days - Passing Test till Reflection in PMI Registry

I took the PMP exam last 31 January in Makati, Philippines. The screen flashed a statement congratulating me for passing. I was also given a printout confirming this, together with the status.

It has been 6 days now and I have not received any email confirmation from PMI and I still do not see my name in the registry.

Should I be worried?

This thread showed a faster turnaround which makes me more nervous. mansur is on the same boat so all we can do is wait for tomorrow...

Hello rkh,

I passed the exam on 31st January as well so sailing in the same boat as you are. I called the local PMI office in India and was told to wait 3-5 business days for the email confirmation. So I plan to give it time till the end of this week before reaching out to them again.

Thanks for your reply. It is comforting to know that we are not alone in this. perhaps there was really a delay for tests taken on that day.

Well the 5th working day is in a couple of hours. Hopefully by then, this becomes a non issue...

They said they don't see it yet. PMI Singapore says the turn around time is 7 - 10 working days. The variance is quite big since it is done by batches and most probably we missed the last batch.

I asked if there are any cases wherein a stamped printout is given with the passing mark and the domain area results and the person ended up really failing. She said she never encountered any occurrence. She said we shouldn't be worried.

So, let's wait till Friday.

Ok...I was told that they have received concerns from other people who wrote on Jan 31st 2014 and was asked to wait another 3 days. Lets hope for the best!

I finally got it. PMI finally emailed me and registry has been updated. I'm sure you too will get yours soon, if you haven't.

Don't worry if you have the printout confirming this. You will surely be added in the registry in due time. If you are really worried contact PMI through email.

how much time did you spent in preparing?

what other book did you study?

and what is the best method to come up with your own notes?
