I found this in Rajesh_Thallam's notes.

I am a PMI member and could not find this resource for free.

try: Knowledge Center > eReads & Reference then search for the book title or author name. I was just able to access it a minute ago (PMP Exam Prep: Questions, Answers & Explanations, 2013 Edition by Christopher Scordo SSI Logic © 2013)
