Here is the exam hints that i would like to share with you;

1. most of the question is situational, the first paragraph explain scenario and then asks, what would PM do? what has the pm should do? what the pm would have done to prevent such situations? Which negotiation stage is best for above scenario? Which conflict management resolution, etc.

2. another part of the question was related to the process steps, the first paragraph explains situation, and asks question about what the pm need to do next? what the pm misses to do? Bal bla

3. another one is input, Tools and outputs; multiple choices are not straight forward tools, input and outputs as pmbok guide, ie. what is the output of Create WBS, and none of the choices has ScopeBaseline, instead the chooses have a list of what is in scope baseline,

4. Another part of the question is related to calculations, evm, emv, and contract types; actually one of the calculation is about communication channel in reverse order. Something like. Department A has 4 stakeholders, Department B has 2 stakeholder and department C has 10 communication channel. What is communication channel?

5. finally, most question indeed have two very closely related choices, like A, Crashing, B. Fast tracking, so the answer is either A or B, not the rest, however one need to analyze the question to pick the right answer.

I studied mostly on pmbok and rita book and ritas fast track, but here you must go over the exam after your get final result and see, what you got right and why you got wrong for each of question...
