Do i need study the topic in PMBOK out of the 5 domain of PMP Exam?

I'm reading the PMBOK 5th edition, and found that some topic in PMBOK seems not relate to the five process group.

For example,
the program or portfolio management, the PMO, the organizational Structures in the very first of PMBOK.

So, did the PMP exam will have any question related to this section?

 Yes there are questions on Portfolio, PMO, Org structures  etc.
