PMP Exam in Feb 2014

 Hello!

I am from Brazil and I have scheduled my PMP exam for February 19th 2014.

I applied last Tuesday and today I got the email confirming that my application was approved. Then I paid the exam fee and then I received the authorization ID to schedule it on Prometric.

I was not selected for audit, but it wouldn't be a problem, since I had prepared all the evidences needed before..

Here is my plan:

- Watching introduction videos from a brazilian PMP consultant;

- Read Rita's book (8th ed) at least three times;

- Read PMBOK after reading Rita's book;

- Use Rita's software for 200-questions tests, trying to simulate the exam.

- Buy PMZilla questions;

I did a 200 questions test using Rita's software to check my current level. I scored 60%, which seems to be not so bad but also indicates a long road to go.

I would like to receive advices and recommendations. Any help is welcome :)

Your plan sounds great. But for passing exam practice exam is key. Will help you to time your exam. I would suggest give atleast 5 full length exam. Would highly recommend pmstudy exams.

Hi There, i am from Brasil too and got my exams scheduled on 3rd feb 2014. Cheers

Try going through PMBOK atleast twice...and yes solve atleast 6-8 Mock PMP exams. This will help you get aa good idea of PMP exam, and will also help you identify the exam pattern.

Hi! Just to share what's happened.. I decided to postpone my test to Sep2014.. but even postponing it, I didn't study as much as I wanted..

But... I passed! Certified on Sep 20! :)
