Proof of id at the exam center

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if both the name and address in the PMP application form must match the Proof of Id that we show at the Pro-metric exam center? Or is it enough if only the name matches?

The ID verification process is very subjective and depends on the specific exam center/staff. So it makes sense to be safe now than sorry later.

If there's a name/address mismatch w.r.t. one of the IDs, try to carry a secondary one which at least has the other address.

I have not taken the PMP exam, but as far as I know, Prometric verifies only the spelling of the name. The address of a person might change on short notice and hence I believe they are not concerned with the address.

However, to be safe it would be a good idea to carry solid proof of address that matches your address on record.
