ERRATA in PMBOK

I think I just found an error in the PMBOK. It may have already been identified but just to make sure.
I am studying using the soft copy.
In Quality Management section 8.3 it says that Six Sigma is NON-PROPRIETARY. In Section 8.8 it says Six Sigma is PROPRIETARY.
A quick Google search indicates it is infact Proprietary.

my point is.
It's not in PMI's Errata sheets.
