Urgent Help - construction work

Construction work only:

The detailed design phase was done by others, I was only involved with actual construction works. My question is: can I claim some time for the "Initiating and Planning" processes for PMP application purposes?

Any help is highly appreciated.

As per pmbok 4 or 5 , fig 3.2 ---- intiation and planning or overlapping to executing.


And for eligibility , I think there is no such criteria.

Do you mean to finish the construction on time? Did I get your question right?
