Suggestions for Preparation Method using PMBOK Edition 5

 Could anyone suggest a method for preparing for PMP exam in October, 2013 using PMBOK 5.

I have gone through PMBOK 4 already.

 start going through PMBoK 5,  the changes are not much, Most of it is around clearing confusion with some ITTO , process groups etc. So its cleaner and much better.  Stakeholder managemnet has been added and some processes have been renamed for better understanding. Communciation management is the main chapter where they have split Stakholder related items to Stakeholder management.
