i just cleared the pmp 4 hours ago!

i would like to share with you how i have come this far. this is my second attempt.

when i failed my 1st attempt, i was very very disappointed, especially knowing ALL the friends surrounding you pass on the 1st attempt! even 1 of my friends did not believe i actually failed the exam! my new job had not started yet during that time. and i planned to clear it on my 1st attempt before my new job.

frankly speaking, i underestimated the difficulty of PMP exam, i prepared it for just 1 month for the 1st attempt, reading Rita's book only! my PMBOK is 5th edition, hence i did not really look into that.

after the 1st attempt, i gave myself another 2 months time to prepare. and this time my new job had started and i had to manage my time well between my job and pmp preparation.

this time, i prepared a lot. i got the below materials :

1. PMBOK 5th edition (reading thru 1 time and focus on the process that i'm not good at)

2. not so much on Rita, but on the SUPER PMP exam (scoring 60%)

3. PMHead first (a great book!)

4. PMprepcast (watching the video and listening to it every morning when i go to work and on the way home)

5. attempting lots of sample exam questions.

and today finally effort paid off!

on 1st attempt, i was left with just 3 minutes

on 2nd attempt, i had 45 minutes remaining.

my advice for those who fail. pls give up on yourself. you are the hero who are not afraid to fall down and get up again! you have more determination power than those who pass on 1st attempt, because u know how this feeling is like that can make you go further in all your endeavour than those who pass on their 1st attempt!!

DON'T GIVE UP!!
