Hi Guys,
Please help me how to calcuate the answer for this question. thanks!
You are the PM for a construction company. Your firm has been contracted to complete the construction of a 10 storey office building. This project will use three point estimates to calculates for activity duration. You have the following estimates for task A (creating the foundation)
What is the average duration estimate based on the following three point estimates?
Pessismistic= 100 days
Optimistic= 40 days
Most likely= 65 days
A. 65
B. 12.3
c. 248.6
D. 68.33
E. 151.4

I think its D. 68.33
Three point estimates are of 2 types:
1. Simple Average
2. PERT (Weighted Average)
In this question, since they have asked only for average and not weighted average / PERT, i would go for (P + M+ O) / 3.
