Mission “BLUE EYES” is Complete, I’m now Faisal Ahmed, PMP: LL for you J

Finally!  Faisal Ahmed, PMP … after years in dream.

First of all, Thanks to Allah, there is nothing in this world without Allah.  And then my Wife and 20 Months Baby boy who sacrificed series of weekend only because they wanna see myself as PMP certified…! Really appreciate their sacrifice and trust on me. And I’m always blessed by my parents in every single journey.

Then, obviously my PMP trainers B. M. Shahrier Majumder from Training Bangladesh,  Maneesh from ESI India…! Without couple of friends and PMP evangelist, my journey wouldn’t really been possible. Kranti Kumer, PAWAR, Admin from PMZilla.com, Saket Bansal  from IZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited  are those great name. you guys made journey smooth and show me right path always.

Study Materials:

My PMP Preparation was a Project (in last 3 months… but I studied since years):
Project Name: Blue Eye
Mission complete on 18th July.

Project Theme:

The dream is not that you see in sleep , dream is which does not let you sleep. ~Dr. Abdul Kalam  (Former President of Republic of India)

Experience in Exam:

First 100 questions were more or less PMstudy pattern … Then 50 more biiiiiitttt hard…! And the last 50 questions were just Mexican chilies, I have seen some really difficult English like last 50Q (I’m sure PMI scare me intentionallyJ, US people even never use such word), really complex questions. All indirect questions…all math are complex …atleast you need 5 to calculate one of them.

I have experience something different that wasn’t even before in any practice exam. PMI asked really difficult scenario specially on easy area like organization (weak/strong),,, I’m sure I wrongly tick all 4! They were really hard to understand and confusing…! Even I have seen all hard to understand questions come from easy domain. SPEND MORE TIME in EASY AREA.

I have found 5 ITTO questions and that’s was moderate easy… so no need to memorize ITTO at all. Rather, you can spend more time on TT.

I was relaxed before 24 hours of exam… and it was continue upto exam! I was planned for 50 questions in one hour and did the same! I accelerate in first 100 questions and spend more time in final slab. Mark 10 questions and finally went there and changed 3 of them and I’m sure it was wrong in first time.

And I think, PMI scoring system is much more customer centric compare to PMSTUDY or any other simulator… So go for the exam but prepare really really well.

My Recommendations:

Study one more book along with PMBOOK.
Practice question from PMSTUDY, SCORDO & PMZILLA 200 Only
J
Watch recommended video

Make a preparation and sit for exam within 3 months…!!! Im sure you will definitely clear

Faisal bhai, Congrats!

~ Diba

Congratulations Ahmed!  I know all about taking years to study.  My first company sponsored boot camp was back in 2002!  Project work and life just didn't allow me a block of time to study.  But, this june had a Rita boot camp, sponsored by my company, was the trick to get me over the test.   Think being with 15 of my fellow PMs gave me the encouragment to go forward.  Plus taking 2 weeks off to just study was a good move and thankfull I made it.  My class mates afterwards kept egging each other on, do you have a date?  What was your last simulated test score? How do you calculate EV?  So far 8 of us have passed from that boot camp.

Again congratulations and now you can enjoy that baby of yours!

Take care.

Congrats Faisal.

Khubh bhalo achievement
