I am thrilled to announce i did pass the exam on my 2nd try.

Key Weapon: PMBOK 4th edition

Other Stuff: Rita fast Track, Exam Central,Headfirst,PMstudy, and definitley PMzilla.

On my first attempt, i completely bypassed the PMBOK and read only rita's, read some summaries given by the training center and did some rita's fast track tests. It was a Killer! 
With all respect to all authors and groups who try to write books as to bypass pmbok, that is a BIG risk with very high probaility of occurence and impact. Quantatively you will loose your $$ and i bet you will.

As you can see, i am still dazing with risk management, since i got no less than 40 questions on risk manageemnt, just too much i thought the pool of question was full on risk... Luckely i did prepare my risk chapter studies very well, it was my poorest knwoldge field at the first attempt.

Lots of communication managemet, around 20 questions.

A couple of network diagram critical path questions, around 9 EVM questions, some 15 questions on procurement,

lots of scope/planning processes questions, they target the sequence of flow of the input/outputs from a process to another...

Defition of PMIS, Configuration Manag, Change Manag, and the difference between them.

Conflict resolution techniques, questions to test if you really know how to differentiate between the 3 process of Human resource management at execution PG,.

Quality questions on assurance, control, their tools and when they are helpful, 

Many questions on closing sequence of activities.

It is all about composure and patience!

do not stress and panic, just study pmbok twice , do some mock tests and good luck!
