Reference materials for PMBoK 5

I am currently looking for some good reference materials for PMBoK 5. Since there are loads of reference books, mock tests etc... based on PMBoK 4, there is least to none that I find that is based on PMBoK 5 (including PMI ebooks section for members). Any thoughts to prepare apart from the PMBoK?

Both Rita Mulcahy and Andy Crowe
Both Rita Mulcahy and Andy Crowe already have their highly popular books updated and released for PMBOK 5. You will need to check if these titles are currently available in your country of residence. They might well be.
Headfirst for PMBOK 5 is going to be released in October 2013.
Some online and classroom training institutes have started offering PMBOK 5 training.
If you wait longer more and more updated resources will become available.

Heard Rita is not so good with New Version.
Does it means need to wait for couple months before starting new version & let finish all revisions?
