Project Schedule Network Diagrams

Looking for some practice test questions to help me develop a better understanding of how to calculate ES, EF, LS, LF numbers.


 Where i seem to be having issues is when adding or subtracting a day or number of days between activities.


any thoughts.

I went through the link provided on Network diagrams and I found it very helpful. Thanks.

One item I am still looking for is something very similar that shows how to calculate these activity durations when you have Leads and Lags.

I found this document helpful for ES, EF, LS, LF and float calculations, but finding help on calculating leads and lags is still causing me trouble.

Any one have any ideas that might help.
