Feedback on PMStudy and Web Server

All - I've generally liked the questions that PM Study offers in it's 4 tests. With that said, I'm on the third exam now and over the course of the three exams i've taken, there have been at least 5 cases where the website hung up and stalled. I've had to close out and come back in, and in some cases the website was still not working. I bought these exams because i wanted to simulate the real exam scenario and am unhappy with this situation.

Just wanted to provide my feedback because I spent good money ($60) for all 4 exams and expect High Quality.

PM Study Service is Unacceptable

I had similar issue. Notified PMstudy and only got a standard response. Nothing happened thereafter. I WILL NOT recommend PM Study to anyone who intends to rely on the material during their last week of their exam preparation period as it defeats the whole purpose of simulating the real exam and may waste your time leaving you exhausted.

Similar Issue

Hi Nish,

I experienced the same issue like you had with PMStudy as well.
I paid for PMStudy2 test @ USD25 and expected all to go smooth - in my case, it didn't.

To make matter worse, i had this issue on a Sunday, sometime in mid June and i tried calling their UK & India offices but there wasn't any answer - let alone emailing them which i did not receive any reply to-date, not even in my Spam folder.

I wasted about 2 hours troubleshooting the issue because my initial suspect was due to my broadband connection but it wasn't the case.

The connection resumed slightly after 2 hours but my motivation to continue the exam dropped as it defeats the purpose of having a 'real-time' simulation.

I do hope PMStudy could take some initiative to explain what went wrong as merely charging a hefty sum of US25 above is quite a sum to pay for some of us.

Nevertheless, their exam quality is good and has been recommended by many.

I agree that their questions

I agree that their questions seem to be good (although I haven't taken the real exam yet). WIth that said, most of us are taking practice exams within a week or so before our big exam (they should know this). Having this kind of issue should not happen. Or at least have an option to download a pdf (maybe with some sort of expiring function).
