it is a tricky question as Work performance information is all about present condition, changes implementation & future planning at one shot.

seeing these options I feel it can be Status of delivery completion.

It has to be 'Status of deliverable completion.'  As per PMBOK 4th Edition page 453.

 According to the link you provided it should be C not A

  • WPI is the ‘as of now’ status of the deliverables and WPM is a comparison between the actual status vs planned status.
