PMP test questions!!

Can anyone please let me know which site has good PMP test questions which will help me for the PMP exam? I have completed Rita's Fasttrack 6.0 questions but I need more questions to practice. I will also buy PMZilla tough questions as well. Anybody who passed PMP exam most recently...any suggestions??  I am planning to take the test 1st week of July.  Thanks.

May be you can try mock test from PM Study. You get to take 4 free mock tests. Do lot of mathematical questions as you would get at least 20 questions pertaining to Critical path  & EV alone. Critical path may be around 3 to 4 questions and EV alone you would have at least 10 questions. For this you can refer to www.scribd.com (101 quetsions on mathematical, ignore calculations on depreciation in them)

Thank you Patil, what about ITTOs, do I have to memorize all of them? Can I focus on only the most important processes ITTOs? If I need to spend too much time on ITTOs then I will have to change my date. Can you please let me know (if you know) what is the difference between PMBOK 4th edition vs 5th edition? Should I wait for the 5th edition or just go ahead and take the 4th edition exam. Thank you for your help.

ITTOs are not ment for memorizing. You need build some technique around picking the things on this subject on your own.

Like Plan Quality has 5 inputs , 3 are baselines and 2 are registers (cost baseline, schedule baseline and scope baseline, Risk Register and Stakeholder register)

Aquire team has 4 techniques and I rememebr them as NPV A. (Net Present Value is rate 'A'  ) Negotiation, Pre-assignment, Virtual and Acquisition

For Develop project team, I remember them as GRITTC (Ground Rule, Recoginiton & rewards, Interpersonnel skills, Team building, Training and Co-location.

EEF: Important factors to remember in EEF (involves) PMR SD (Project management Review Software development) People, Methods, Risk Tolerance, Standards, Database.

More importantly go through the ITTO's logically in Planning and Execution and see there soem thinsg very common like Change requests are always output of Execution process, project managemnet bplan updates and project document updates are general output in this process group. Work performance Information is most like the input for most the processess in the process group.

Also keep the tap of where there are only one TT like variance analysis, Inspection, Status meetings,

Like wise you can have your own way of rememebring the things which will help instead of using some one else method, as they might had some thing as logic for their own purpose.

ALL THE BEST

Hi Patil, can you please tell me what the difference between PMBOK volume 4 and 5th is. I am preparing for the 4th edition but if I feel that I am not prepared then I will have to take the exam for the 5th edition which I believe will be after July 31st. Do you have know about the ucertify website? They are offering 100% money back guarantee if you fail the test. Has anyone tried their questions? Thanks.

I cannot vouch on 5th Edition. As I haven't seen that edition at all, meaning the PMBOK softcopy.

If you are prepared for 4th Edition go for it for which many people can vouch other than me.

I know in 5th edition, the knowledge area Communication management is broken down to another knowledge area (adding one more 10th) called Stakeholder management. That's all I know but are the other version changes I do not have any idea honestly. Rest should be same i believe.

i tried oliver lehmann question few days before my exam. i found the answer did help me much because it does not provide direct answer as Rita or Head First. it just provide what page in PMBOK. By doing that, indirectly i had to refer to PMBOK line by line looking for the answer.

trust me it works, at least for me :)
