Clarification regarding Identity cards reqd for PMp exam

Hi

I have a impo Q reqarding Id card to be carried on PMP exam date.  As per PMi handbook - either drivers license, passport, military id and national identity is okay for primary id - the main condition is that name should be exactly like the pmp application or scheudling letter.

Well I have a problem here.  My exam is coming soon - in next month - July 2013.  and i just realised that my drivers licence original is lost during relocation and my passport also got expired.  I have voters id (India Govt approved one )of govt and the name is exactly right.  My question is ---> Is this voters id is sufficient to be taken under the purview of national identity?  I have asked this question in some other forums and got various replies.  Request answer to my issue as I do not have time to renew my passport or drivers licence - even in my PAN card - the name is not exactly the same.)  I have my company id - for secondary identification purposes -which is okay as it is having exact name in PMI application.

Passport / voters ID / driving licence / pan card which ever has the photo and signature..your signature in one these IDs should match to the one you sign in their register log.

You  have to carry the appointment confirmation letter along with you. You may have to keep all your belongings in the locker provided to you, only photo ID is allowed inside the exam room, not even handkerchief nor watch is allwoed inside the exam room. So be prepared to keep all your belongs in your car, if you have else take a locker in the prometric centre.

Unfortunately - voters id does not have signature.  all others have these but I dun have a valid one as of now.

Once friend told me to get teh PAN card corrected as it is the fastest process than others (passport or Driving lic)

I have done this yesterday online (it is very cheap - Just Rs 96/- https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/correction.html)

and send the application to correct the same.  Hope I will get the correct spelling of my name in my updated PAN card.

now I understand teh importance of checking the expiry date of impo docs like Passport.
