Situations Questions

For situational questions, is there a method to choose which sequence to follow:

-- Determine the Impack of change

-- Follow the CCB process

-- Inform Stakeholders

I understand that this may be depending on how the questions talks, but just wondering if there is any particular way to choose the option.

 I have the same problem. Your list works perfect with Rita's questions. However, I have issues answering Scordo as most of the answers are informing someone.

Hope someone can explain.

I suggest you to follow Rita's PMI-ism everywhere be it scordo or real exam. So some Q answers in Scordo may be contradictory to this. But Rita is the BEST guide. 

Rita has done extensive research on this exam. Her Prep guide greatly help to crack the questions in Exam with the best choice.

I agree with Geethika.


To get clarified about your doubts on knowldege area and undestand the concepts with an ease, RITA is the best reference book. Especially PMI-ism, Trick of the trades, chapter end excluisve notes & exercises plus the chapter end practice exams.The way Producrement management & Risk management processes have been dealt in RITA, I do not think any other reference books has done justification in dealing with these chapters..  


But you are specifically looking out for the ITTO & definitions, PMBOK is the reference book, you cannot avoid this book to get at least 15 to 20 questions right answers on exams which are more related to definitions and ITTOs
