Payola is working in a project to replace all the old workstations in the organization with new ones. The new workstations have arrived and have already been placed. When another system

When another system administrator is brought in, are we not getting the task done parallelly. Hence why not fast tracking?

Can some one explain as to why fast tracking cannot be selected as an option? Agreed that crashing is one option

Fast tracking is doing two

Fast tracking is doing two different activities in parallel, crashing is adding resources to speed up one activity, hence this is crashing.

It should be only....Crashing for adding resources.Running the activities in parallel, both are the schedule compression technique...So here is adding resource.

Still you haven't mentioend from where you getting these many questions?
