reduce the time for installation

Payola is working in a project to replace all the old workstations in the organization with new ones. The new workstations have arrived and have already been placed. However the system administrator is taking a lot of time to install the required software in all the workstations. So she gets another system admin to help him. This is an example of:

A)Adding Lag

B)Crashing

C)Fast Tracking

D)What if scenario analysis

This could be crashing. (adding resources)

B Crashing , Adding resources is generally carshing, Doing things in parallel is Fast Tracking

When another system administrator is brought in, are we not getting the task done parallelly. Hence why not fast tracking?

Can some one explain as to why fast tracking cannot be selected as an option? Agreed that crashing is one option

Fast tracking is doing two different activities in parallel, crashing is adding resources to speed up one activity, hence this is crashing.

It should be only....Crashing for adding resources.Running the activities in parallel, both are the schedule compression technique...So here is adding resource.

Still you haven't mentioend from where you getting these many questions?
