The factors influencing conflict are,


SPR as high influence


Schedule Priorities , Priorities (Inportance of project, person, comparison), Resource (Scarce resource)


CP as low influence


Cost and Personalities and also technical opinion.


So absed on this you have make your judgement on the 4 options. So we need to memorize these 5 factors (where ever it mentions in the book in quetsion), to get the answer right.
