I have one questions about LL
Lessons learned are used to document successes and failures of the project. Who should be involved in collating the lessons learned?
A. Project Team
B.Key stakeholders
C. Project manager
D.Project Management Team.
My answer was D. But the answer given is B. Key stakeholders.
According to PMBOK page 248
"Key stakeholders are usually easy to identify. They include anyone in a decision-making or management role who is impacted by the project outcome, such as the sponsor, the project manager, and the
primary customer."
So, for collating Lessons learned , People like sponsor or customer shall be involved?
Please discuss

I agree with the answer
Project stakeholders include everyone who gets affected by the project.
Key stakeholders would include, at least:
1. PM and PM team
2. Team
3. Sponsor
4. Functional manager
5. Program/Portfolio managers (as applicable)
6. Customer
7. Operations team
