Right answer is D.

It is not answer C because the Cost management plan might have the methodology used to create the budget, but it won't contain the budget.

The answer to the question suggests that Management Plans always only contain the "management methodology and principles", but never the outputs.

So for example Cost baseline, Risk Matrix, Procurement documents, Ressources Calendar, etc... should  NOT be in the Project Mangement Plan / subsidiary Plans. Is it correct ?
