I'll like to thank this community for the tips given. Thanks to tips from sarah_hellowe, I managed to answer many calculation questions. I attended a prep-class and prepped for 3 months. This was followed by 3 days intensive study of Rita's before exam day. I did almost 1500 questions. Just referred to PMBOK for definition references and ITTOs.

During exam I paced myself and forced myself to take a 5-min break at mid-point of 100 questions. Revisited the marked questions and let the clock run out by itself.

Important topics: Cost, Time, Quality & Risk. Many calculation questions were asked where the calculated results were used to answer the scenario ie. the answers were not the calculations.
