Lesson Learned :

  •  Read PMBOK thoroughly, understands the purpose of tools and technique, I/O data flow diagram, glossary, formula and page 43 (PG and KA chart) .
  • Get some knowledge of PM power, Leadership style, Conflict Management, organizational theory.
  • Try mocks from different source, they have different type of Questions (some haves lots of word or many distracters or particular situations or based on pure logic or uses indirect formula).
  • Prepare a study plan that is according to your level of Proj Mgmt knowledge, available resources and time.
  • Prepare your own final note for revision when you prepare from different materials.

I found following mocks useful -

  • PMZilla Final PMP - initiate deep thinking (easy if you are thinking in right direction else very tough)
  • SuperPMP - test your patience ( lots of lengthy questions , most time is spent in reading Q & A , you need to know which part of Q & A need attention)
  • PMStudy - Benchmarking (some says > 75 % if not > 85 %)

Thanks to all PMZilla members for sharing LL and special thanks to admin and sspawar for resolving my queries promptly J
