Lead and lag concept
There are three tasks A, B, and C. A has duration fo 5 weeks. B cannot start until A has ended and 1 extra week has been used to assign team memebers. C starts one week after B starts. When does event C end, if B = 6 weeks duration and C = 8 weeks duration? What is the depency between B & C above?

Answer: at th end of ...... weeks; and ....... to .......
Other than just to answer, more analysis are below, comment if anything you feel different/ incorrect.
1. There is 1 week lag between taks A and B; and dependency is start to finish
2. There is also 1 week lag between task B and C; and dependency is start to start.
Alternatively we could also tell there is 5 weeks lead between task B and C; and dependency is finish to start. This alternative won't impact int the project schedule as it is exaclty same but only a different view.
So when you state lead and lag, you must also state dependency between tasks.
Am I right?
