Lessons Learned best created by.......?

Hello all,

 

    I know this is a very minor question but I know I have viewed conflicting answers across various resources.

Given the choices of:

 

The team

Sponsor

Stakeholder

Project Manager

 

Who is the best selection for creating Lessons Learned?  In PM Fast Track the answer is Stakeholders. If this is a standard then I am ok with it but would the answer change if a generic "everyone" was an option?

 Hi ..the lessons need to be collected from ppl that are effected from project. So it will be still stakeholders and everyone looks like even the person don't care we are asking his lesson learned ...hope it make sense.

     I do understand the answer, thank you for the input. I just wish resources were consistent and did not put out misinformation.
