question on sequencing

  Can someone please confirm the below path?

 

Get formal acceptance

write lessons learned

release the team

close the contract

close project

 

QUESTION: Where will the conduct procurement audit fits into this. Is it after 'close the contract', then how will it make through the lessons learnt

lessons learnt  takes place through out the project ,its not in just while closing contract or project.Procurement audit happens while closing the contract,its part of close contract .

In one of Scordo Tests i attempted, Answer to one of the questions was that 'It is ok if Lessons learned are not documented throughout the project'


 


Also Deliverables are accepted in both Verify Scope(M&C) and Close Project, both are answers in many tests, sometimes both are choices


 


I am very confused which one to choose in exam to get it correct


 


Experts, please help

yes you are right.But its advisable to do the lesson learnt through out the project .if you do not have time to do that through out teh project life cycle ,then you must do the lesson learnt at the close project process

Typically you need the Project Team to conduct a Lessons Learned, you shouldn't release them before that. On the other hand, Contracts can take weeks, even months to close out, many times because of errors in verbiage, clarifications needed, etc.. that are not related to project perfromance but rather administration errors. It doesn't seem feasible to keep the Project Team tied up for that.
