Hi I liked to know which book is better for the start to prepare ,
is it Head first or Rita ?

try to read more n more PMBOK, and for further clarification Rita is best among the all books

To your specific question, you may better go with Headfirst before Rita simply because of its approach of building concepts from the basement level upwards.
Rita assumes a basic pre-req standard for readers which doesn't exactly suit all beginners.
