Help me in teh sequence of project management processes

I have a doubt in the sequence of the project management processes.

For example Resource calendar is the O/P of Acquire project tea and we use that as I/P to Estimate Activity resources in Tiem management.So after creating WBS->define activities->sequence activities ,we start creating HR management plan?

Can anyone help me understanding this sequence?

I also have the similar doubts. Becasue Acquire Project team comes in Execution proces groups which is a input to Estimate Activity Resource which comes in Planning process group.

Similarly it also comes from Conduct Procurements (if contract was there) which is again a Execution Process group.

The key concept here is that the activities in the five process groups can proceed in parallel during the project.

In other words, we don't wait for ALL Planning activities to finish before starting ANY activity in the Execution group.
