Maslow, Herzberg, McGregor, etc

I've been using Rita's Practice Exam CD, currently focusing on questions related to HR.  I get a lot of questions about Maslow, Herzberg, McGregor, etc.  I know the answers now because I've seen the questions so many times, but my questions are :

On what page(s) of the PMBOK v4 are any of these people/theories discussed?

Can anyone who has taken the v4 exam confirm that there are questions related to these people's theories?

I cannot find this stuff in the PMBOK Guide v4.

Thanks for verifying.  I hoped I wasn't crazy.

Are these topics on the test?  I've seen them in a number of test-prep resources, but how can they be on the test if they are not part of the PMBOK?

PMBoK always says "but not limited to" :) ....

Better to know these theories though its not in PMBOK.


Its easy to remember these theories and the answers are straight forward.
