Work performance information is usually the output of  direct and manage proj. execution process. It gives the information about deliverable status, schedule progress and costs incurred.(Current status of execution)

Work performance measurement includes the comparison of actual  vs. planned cost, schedule etc. (Variances,CPI,SPI etc.)

I see these two terms as a logical relation in monitor and control process group. While monitoring and controlling we take work performance info(current status of execution) as an input. We then analyze it and discover the variances with respect to project mgt plan .This output is work performance measurement.
