Hello Colleagues!
I have been studing off an on for a year now and I am at the last days of my application date. I have scheduled the exam for this week and I still don't feel comfortable.
On average. . . how many hours do you think I should need to be prepared for the exam.

250-300 hours of study
As per my experience around 250-300 hours of study for PMP exam is sufficient that takes like 3-4 months of time assuming you can give like 2-3 hours daily (for working people). I had passed PMP last year with same assumption along with lot many of my friends who feels the same. Here is my LL:

You have been preparing for a year and I am sure there must have been some reason for the delay because of which you could not try any attempt. Not sure what all preparations you have done so far. Did you try some good mock tests like Pmstudy, Pmpforsure, Simplilearn, Rita FT etc to check how you score in these? Validating result through these good mock test is the only way you can check how well you are prepared.

I was working full time and
I was working full time and in no rush to complete. Now the deadline is upon me and now I'm in a rush. I have practiced 3 full exam for 4 hours each and average 65%. So I remember quite a bit but I'd like to score higher, but I may have to resubmit my application. I will call the office tomorrow to see if I can get an extension.

YAY!
Thank you for your response! I was given an extention on my application. I will have to pay to reschedule but at least I won't have the humility of having to take the exam twice.
