ITTO and Professional & Social Responsibility Question - PMP prep

Alright, I have two questions and one of which is an item thats being discussed a million times before. Let me ask the same again. Need help!!!!
1) ITTO
Do I need to memorize them????????? Or just reading and understanding them is fine. I dont have experience as PM on all the ITTOs.
Whoever has atteneded the exam before, please suggest!!!
2) Professional and Social Responsibilty chapter:
Do I have to study this ethics chapter. This is not in PMBOK 4 but in Rita's seventh edition. How important is this?

Dont memorize ITTO at first,
Dont memorize ITTO at first, Go through the PMBok and other materials, give mock tests, See if ITTO is intuative to you. Try as much as not to memorize.
If you still find difficult to guess ITTO answers then pick and choose some Knowledge areas and memorize only those as most others you can guess the right answer.
If you have to memorize ITTO it means you dont have your concepts clear. Generally people who memorize are good at memorizing and sometimes to save the time if the exam is very close.
2) Its important, but whatever is in Rajesh Nair notes or Abhishek';s version should be enough.
