Answer to 1st one is d...since here its is being asked what are they doing....they are organizing lessons learned
Answer to 2nd question should be closing project or phase since here it is aksed what process did they perform......

More specifically, in q1 they are still in compilling lesson learned while in q2 they hv jst completed lesson learned. After archiving lesson learned, releasing resources, u would want to close the project.
For Q2: "Compilled Lesson learned" would also be a good answer, right? That's in the absence of "closing project or phase."
What do u guys think.

in the second question it is specifically asked "what process", so out of 42 process, closing process is the best option......

I agree it may good
I agree it may good learning, how to answer questions. how little difference can make an answer different.
But in question 1 little clarity may be created - if last line little were modified : "What activity they are performing?"
because line - "what they are doing: : is sounding a broader meaning, which may include option A and D both.
