How to see prometric appointment confirmation

Hi

I got an email from Prometric informing me about change in test center location in mumbai.

Earlier it was Andheri and now it has shifted to Borivali. how ever date is not changed.

in the same email,they said that "You can login to www.prometric.com to view your appointment confirmation."

but the link takes me to the webmail link of prometric;

i.e. https://webmail.prometric.com/CookieAuth.dll?GetLogon?curl=Z2FexchwebZ2F...

which asks username and password to login to it.

Can any one please let me know if same has happened with you and if yes, what would be the username and password to login to?

 

I tried calling prometric on their number but there is no response,call gets automatically cut.

 

Please help.

I too had the same issue, but I got a call from pometric and I was able to  rescheduled the exam on the call itself.

You can  follow this..

On prometric site home page select SCHEDULE / RESCHEDULE, enter Country name...you will see a page with many options.. select the option/link Appointment Confirmation/Receipt Reprint

Enter Confirmation Number and first 4 letters of last name..

I received appoinment confirmation mail... but i didn't get such link when click on Prometric.com link

Even i don't see any any specific wording related appointment confirmation link
