I found the following question somewhere online and did not understand why the answer is as given.
Which of the following is not done as part of Performance Measurements?
- Calculating Planned Value
- Calculating Earned Value
- Calculating ETC
- Calculating Cost Variance
Answer is given as 2.
Can someone explain what is the right answer and why ?

Calculating Earned Value is
Calculating Earned Value is not done as part of Performance Measurements. Earned Value (EV). The value of work performed expressed in terms of the approved budget assigned to that work for a schedule activity or work breakdown structure component. Also referred to as the budgeted cost ofwork performed (BCWP).

Hi,
The performance report will contain project status as well as forecasts. Project status means EV also right ?
Can somebody expain to me why EV is not part of PErformance measurement ?
