At the end of an internal project, you find several key stakeholders including the sponsor reluctant to finally accept all deliverables and then close the project. What should not be your next step in this situation?111
o Identify any open issues and get them solved. Then be firm on formal closure.
o Formally close the project. Stakeholders will find a way by themselves to sort things out.
o Identify and openly discuss personal rationales underlying the reluctance.
o Invite earnest feedback from all sides and try to identify misunderstandings.
Plz explain.
My answer is D.

The answer is B
The qn asks what u should not do. All answers, except B, deal with proactively trying to find the cause and resolve the issue.
Answer B says to close the pjt; but unless you have the acceptance for all the deliverables you cannot close the pjt. So correct answer is B.
