In Conduct Procurements, which plan is the INPUT :
 
a: Project Management Plan
b: Procurement Management Plan


Which one I need to select ::


As per PMBoK, Fig-12-4 the INPUT say as  Project Management Plan, but if we see Fig 12-5, it says as "Procurement Management Plan

Hi Sai,


Both answers are correct as Procurement Mgmt Plan is part of Project Mgmt Plan only. In case, question mentions both answers, then it's better to select specific plan rather than general project mgmt plan.


Seniors may confirm my understanding.
