Please suggest reputed PMP trainers in US.  Planning to take up the PMP examination shortly.

Are you looking for online or classroom?

There are many providers like PMstudy, cheetah,PMTi. I haven taken the classroom course from PMstudy.

Also you can visit  pmp-training.net/PMP-Training-Providers.asp, they have done a great comparison.

Thanks for your input. I am looking for classroom program. .I have gone through couple of websites including PMstudy. Yet to arrive upon a decision.

Yes, I have taken the classroom PMP course from PMstudy. And passed my exam on the 5th day!!

This makes no sense!  If you haven't yet decided on PMStudy on 1/19, how can you have taken a 5-day classroom course as well as the exam and passed on 1/21?  That's only TWO DAYS.  Your testimonial is so fake!  There's also a "Chris" who keeps plugging PMStudy as well. 

Someone I know did take a  PMstudy online training course and FAILED big time.  Study materials are basically PDF version of the PMBok -- mostly definition of terms in big fonts.  That's about it.  The PMP exam is not close to PMStudy or any mock tests out there.  One can only pass the exam by truly understanding the PMBok [and not according to PMStudy].

Is this is some thing meant for me? Then I will say  you should first check what i have written. I have taken the course in December 2012 and did my PMP exam in DECEMBER. Would request you to read the facts first rather than just bad mouthing someone who is trying to share his/her experience.

I do not know how much you know about PMP exam and what it takes to get through. It is quite evident from your comment that your knowledge about the subject is not that good. You may know some one who has taken the course from PMstudy  online course and failed. PMP exam is a tough exam and it all depends on how well you prepare for the exam.

I have no intention to advertise PMstudy. I have taken the course from them and am satisfied. I am looking to get some referral bonus. I have never forced anyone to attend the PMstudy exam. End of the day its all about the person what he/she is selecting.

I believe you should check what I have written in these forum, before you comment. You just cannot comment any thing about me.

 

Dear Admin, I am highly disapointed with the comments posted about me, I believe its defaming me. If you feel I am advertising for "PMstudy" you can go ahead and block me.

Just pointing out MAJOR INCONSISTENCIES.

Look at the dates.  If one is in the process of considering PMStudy training on 1/19/2013 upon the suggestion of someone with a $50 discount, how can you have taken the 5-day classroom sessions and passed on 1/21/2013.

Also, sharing an experience with PMStudy is not badmouthing but sharing just like many others who have shared the fact that they have scored 70% on PMStudy's paid mock exams and FAILED.  This is simply noting not to rely on PMStudy but to study the PMBok and practice other materials, many of which are FREE and not as expensive as PMStudy.

I have passed the exam on DECEMBER.
