Pls help me with this question on project closure.

Question:During project close out,the final task is to

a) Verify that contractual obligations were met
b) Transfer the deliverables to the client
c)Reassign team member
d)Complete performance/lessons learned records.

Pls explain..

Archiving the project records and updating lessons learned should be last activity and then release of resources because PM needs resources so choice D should be correct

Hope you have the PMI membership ..Kim Heldman ch-12 explains closure ..You can view this link..It will clear your doubts on closure..also the shared notes zip file which i have sent to you around a month back under "happy and thrilled : thread (my userid aarush78)" has a file called "full chapter on closure and professional ethics" contains the above chapter
