Dear Admin and All,

This is excel based summarized MNemonics of all TTs (172), can be understood and interfaced over excel program, at present it is only a photo/jpg file.

its full impact only can be comeout when its original excel file will be run and exercised over excel program

It is 28kb capacity 2 page file . If were loaded on website, any one can download like notes.

Its based on common day to day conversations and words. Its success and unsuccess is not tested so far.

I have used it my exam. few (one) mnemonics is - old, taken as it is, because of its good  impact.

Excel file is uploaded in PMZILLA  and placed under web page Head - PMP MATERIAL.It is only latest one. its an excel interface file , where you may refer with the full forms of abbreviations of TTs, which helps to understand its logic and may easly be memorised

Dear Pawar and ADMIN,

I am going to write my exam on Tuesday 01/15/2013. This is my second attempt  after November 26.

Can you please send me mnemonics to remember ITTO s as it would help me prepare better.

I am still very worried about passing the exam.

In my first attempt i panicked. i thought i prepared well but i tried only one 4 hour exam and thought managing time would be very easy. But now i have been practcing  quite a few exams but i am still scared. I used full 4 hours and was unable to reviwe all the questions i had marked. i was left with only ten minutes to review and couldnot complete it. i hope i have better luck passing this time.

Here are my scores below:pm fast track 2nd attamept-82%, pmp fast track 1st attempt-73%, pmp exam prep by frank t anbari- 83%, christopher scordo - i am consistently passing in all mock lite exams,ninja 1-71%, ninja 2-73%, olver lehman-69%.

This time you are performing well.


you have now only 4 days. revise  key points , notes etc.


what you have memorised and learned so far, make them firm.


p43, formula , organizational structure table 2-1., collect req, forecasting methods, cost of quality table 8-4. etc.


Above mnemonics are only for T&Ts, and it is a interactive excel sheet, downloadable from PMP materials above, at this moment it will hardly be helpful, though i will mail it.

When - cursor goes on - particular code , for example -- on 1st F == it will show you F stands for what = Focus Group. It is one of tools and techniques of COLLECT REQUIREMENTS. Like that you can get every one.


When you put cursor on its BOLD letters - mnemonics, It will give you, the name of process - of which it is. In this case it is of collect requirements.
