this is very confusing
this is very confusing question... As per PMBOK 4 on page# 64, "document lession learned" is happened before "Archive all related proj docs to PMIS". However as per Rita (page# 128) "index and archive records" happened before "update lession learned...". But we should follow PMBOK and so the correct answer will be A (Archive project documents).
This makes sense to me as well... like we archive everything even the lession learned docs as well at the end of project.

I also think that the answer
I also think that the answer is A, Archive project documents. Lesson learnt should be before Archive project documents.
But the answer given is B, Measure customer satisfaction at the end of the project. It is basically due to the keyword "at the end of the project" which defines that this happens at the end of Project Closing.

My kind advice
I know most of the people have this confusion.
The best closing steps are given in PMI publication.
Dont go any where, except this along with PMBOK -- this is atmost fact of this process group,
On basis of this link and knowledge answer would be - B

Domain V – Closing -- sequence
Closing the Project —8 %
Task 1
Obtain final acceptance of the project deliverables by working with the sponsor and/or customer, in order to confirm that project scope and deliverables were met.
Task 2
Transfer the ownership of deliverables to the assigned stakeholders in accordance with the project plan, in order to facilitate project closure.
Task 3
Obtain financial, legal, and administrative closure using generally accepted practices, in order to communicate formal project closure and ensure no further liability.
Task 4
Distribute the final project report including all project closure-related information, project variances, and any issues, in order to provide the final project status to all stakeholders.
Task 5
Collate lessons learned through comprehensive project review, in order to create and/or update the organization's knowledge base.
Task 6
Archive project documents and material in order to retain organizational knowledge, comply with statutory requirements, and ensure availability of data for potential use in future projects and internal/external audits.

PMBOK P 64 and P100
In this contest - above pages how can be seen:
P64 - Does not define any sequencial or orderal activities.
According to P64, at many places by mistake Close procurement is considered as last activities- Please read close Procurement - chapter 12 , it supports the Close project or Phase activity. Also Look at Figure 3.49 P66,- read foot notes of this figure.
Close procurement is written as last point in Section 3.7 Closing Process group, because it can not be fitted any where in above written sequence as a step.
P100, Defines Project administrative closure activities - step -by-step (it is written there)
In these activities- Index and archive is later activity after LL.
As explained beautifully by Mr. SUVORAJ , the meaning of archive and why it is later then LL.
Now What about - Measure customer satisfaction at the end of project.
PMBOK E4 does not include this step . Also Release team is not any closing activity.
But in above publication it (Mreasure Customer Satisfaction) is added as last activity, so it is considered
unanimously by PMP world.
