Difference between Project Team,Project Management Team

Hi,


I would like to get a clarity on project team,project management team -where does PM and Stakeholders fall-in.


Are Stakeholders not part of project team ?

 Project team and project management team are all stake holders, remember the defination of stake holder- any one gets impacted from the peoject.

Project team is the team who executes the project (apart from PM activities)

Proejct management team performs the PM activities.
