termination/cancellation/dissatisfaction- any comments please

During a recent company retreat,there was considerable debate about what topics would be discussed.The leader of the group,Alfred,decided that the group would focus on problems it recently encountered during the project closeout with its newest customer,DC Designs.Because the customers was dissatisfied that it did not receive its product on time,it asked Alfred refund of its initial payment.This early termination of the contract is a case of

  2. Close procurement

  3. Customer dissatisfaction

  4. Contract fraud

I do not find this q has any meaning

I think there is value in the question. It is with regards to the contract with the client, which is done during the Close Procurement process.

imagine, they debated on what topics to be discussed tho the issue is very simple? what kinds of PMs are these ha ha ha!
