Hi Sonia,Just reading Rita's
Hi Sonia,
Just reading Rita's will not help. It should be read and related to the PMBOK and ITTO of each processes. You need to understand each process, its purpose and its ITTO's completely. PMBOK is a key. Were you able to identify certain tools and techniques that are unique for certain processes (Like, do you remember which process 'product analysis' tool is used for ?. There is no need for memorization, but you need to find out where (which process) each activity fits into.
Also, how much did you score in your mock tests?. Do go through the below lessons learnt link from different users, you can compare how much they scored against how much you are getting. You can use this as benchmark to assess where you are. But, beware, you shouldn't get discouraged if you get a low score in one test, do write multiple tests and see where you stand. Find out your gaps each time. Finding gaps in your knowledge / understanding is crucial.
I took most of my advice through various lessons learnt posted by people who passed PMP. Just search for 'passed' in pmzilla and read the posts or the below link too. Find common factors that led to success in PMP.

Refer to "PMZilla - PMP Lessonts learnt Collection" link.
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you have any specific question.

Sonia your biggest problem
Sonia your biggest problem was that you did not prepare well. Next time go well prepared. Exam Central and Oliver tests are generally taken in conjunction with other reputed tests.
Focus on PMBoK, if your concepts are weak, read Head first to start with. Get your math questions right as that will give you some easy scores.
Finally take 4 to 5 mock tests from different sources.

Try to divide and read based on Process Area
If you have electronic copy of PMBOK or any other books, one of the best way to study by process group. I have published Abhishek's version of PMP Notes to admin for publishing on PMZILLA site. You may refer that, it may help you. I have also included lots of free exam links. Here are few must mock up:
PMPFORSURE
PMSTUDY
Simplilearn
Dont worry even if you score less in any of above exams and focus on your mistakes and keep noting down as important points and keep revising it. Believe me it helps. I am sure you would be able to crack it this time.
Good Luck

I am with all PMP certified people here
I am with all PMP certified people here. Take more tests and try to explore all possible options. I believe, different taste would make you versatile and your adaptability would be stronger to accept questions of different flavors.
There is no global definition for best and worst. The one suits you is the best, that simple. Similarly, there is no approved documented way to prepare and pass the PMP exam. In reality not everyone passes PMP for the first time and many not even the second time. There are many like you. Why not take your failure from positive side i.e. you have faced real PMP 200 questions? Make a plan and execute it.

Its sad to know that your
Its sad to know that your were not successful for PMP on yoru first attempt.
I have cleared PMP on 26-Dec-2008 in my first attempt. This is what I had done for my PMP exam:
1. I studied PMBOK once and the definitions [concentrated more on defs]
2. RMC twice along with the exercises
3. Took 8 to 10 mock tests
4. Appeared the exam and passed
I want to check if you have taken practice tests or not? You need to take at least 4 to 6 mock tests with full 200 questions. This will improve the answering time and also gives you to control the time.
One more important suggestion that I have is, if you do not know answer for any question, just mark it for review and go forward. Do remember, when you are at question number 'x' just think and concentrate on that question only but do not think about the questions that you have marked for review.
