I had a course on “Software Project Management” in my BSCS degree program. Can this course fulfill the prerequisite of 35 hours of Project Management education requirement?

No, you cannot put any time under your degree course to PMI PDU.

Well I want to replace 35
Well I want to replace 35 hours of PM study requirements by SPM course done in unversity. I am not asking for any PDUs as replacement.

Check with PMI support
In that case, you will have to check with PMI support for the same and confirm if they approve such degree PDU.
