I say take either one. I've taken and passed the exam and I didn't feel that there were any practice tests that were like the real exam. It's more important that you use the logic behind the questions to figure out the areas where you are lacking. I didn't take either of those but I hear they are both pretty good. They will help you learn and identify those gaps which is most important.
Both are good, I see Rita questions more like learning and for mind opening purpose whereas I see PMStudy questions as mock test for checking your preparations.
Pmstudy is the closet in my humble opinion. Rita is great for
Building PM test taking mind muscle, but it is a bit wordier than the actual test. Hope this helps. (FYI I just took the test yesterday so it's still fresh in my mind)
